How RoofCheck works:

• Twice a year, a qualified Nedlaw technician will visit your roof

• The technician will provide a roof-report detailing maintenance and repairs required, to extend your roof’s life span, noting: roof blisters, open seams, debris, debris clogging and restricting drains, caulking required on penetrations and flashings, redundant roof equipment, future leak sources, roofing membrane assessment, expected life span of roof, and any preventative maintenance required.

• For any leak or emergency repair we do, a Nedlaw RoofCheck technician will automatically visit the site within 24 hours and provide a follow up RoofCheck inspection. Our findings will be detailed in a roof report for you, advising of any maintenance or repairs required to extend your roof’s lifespan.
